That's why it will be interesting to see if he goes the prep school route to try and improve. I think that helped Buddy Boeheim a lot.
JG3 didn't go to prep school and stayed in Glens Falls playing against Class B schools. A lot people didn't think he was going to be a high major player also, and he definitely had limitations, but he did average 15 points a game for a Clemson team that ended up ranked 14th in the country.
If Nolyn ends up going St. Bonaventure or Binghamton/LeMoyne/Niagara/Canisius there is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all and very admirable, but if he wants to get great exposure and the opportunity to really improve, playing with the City Rocks is the first step, but also playing at a prep school will give him the ability to play against top 100 players every day.
But, not a lot of high school players score 50 points in a game as a sophomore, so kudos to him.
