I missed that. They had the flu running through the team. Assuming it runs it's course, Miami should have better team stamina

I sure didn'tobviously you didn’t see my eat crow post
Basically by beating other SEC teams. They were 1-4 against teams outside of the SEC in the playoffs with the lone win coming against the mighty Tulane.Yeah. Can't be 0-5 and be in the semifinal.
This is what all these schools don’t understand. And MD isn’t far behind. Texas and Oklahoma too in a different way. Joining the SEC made their chances of getting to a national championship, when they joined, very rare. Their path was far easier staying where they were.
The playoff losses show the cracks in the armor. We need the early season wins to establish the reputation for the year that leads to multiple playoff births for the conference.Basically by beating other SEC teams. Also saw that the average age of this year’s Indiana football team is 23 years old (for comparison - the Green Bay Packers who almost won a road playoff game last night avg age is 25 years old).Coaching acumen highly favors Indiana here so I still go with them. Still gotta get through Oregon though which I think they do.
BTW anyone see the espn article on Cignetti and recruiting. Excellent read. “Production over Potential.”
Any idea of how many of those players were on the team last year? Also saw that the average age of this year’s Indiana football team is 23 years old (for comparison - the Green Bay Packers who almost won a road playoff game last night avg age is 25 years old).
Cignetti is clearly a great coach, but he also recognized that it helps having a team of grown men playing against college teams.
Didn't Ole Miss win twice?I think it will be a close game. Indiana went from underrated to overrated after the big Alabama win, but many don't realize how mediocre Bama has been. I said it before the selection that they shouldn't make the playoffs, but would b/c of SEC bias. SEC 0-5 in the playoffs this year, while ACC 3-0.
Will he isn't coming here because he's projected to get picked 2nd in the draft...I wouldn't take Oregon's QB if he was in the portal and pounding on the football facility's door this morning.
Once against Tulane, the other against a fellow SEC team. The 5 SEC teams in the playoffs didn't beat any non-SEC power 4 teamsDidn't Ole Miss win twice?
This tells me a few things. Also saw that the average age of this year’s Indiana football team is 23 years old (for comparison - the Green Bay Packers who almost won a road playoff game last night avg age is 25 years old).

That's a fair point.Once against Tulane, the other against a fellow SEC team. The 5 SEC teams in the playoffs didn't beat any non-SEC power 4 teams
