Not the only reason we lost -- but what a screw job from the officials

The lack of an unimpeded call was perplexing but then again it wouldn’t have happened if our OL hadn’t jumped for the 9,000th time.

Do officials get reviewed? Holy crap that was bad! Seriously can the university start requesting FAIR officials? Not saying Syracuse should/would have won but they sure did not need the good ol boys making sure they were gonna loose.

It wasn't good, but it wasn't the worst we've gotten since joining the ACC. We got some calls in the 4th, finally. I was pi$$ed about the punch to the face on NCSUs last kickoff that started the whole scrum. They didn't show the replay so I couldn't tell who got hit. It was in the lower right corner of the screen as the TB was getting called. NCSU got away with a lot of extras that we didn't. But, what was Cordy thinking? You could see that flag coming. You can't keep taunting a guy. Make your play and get back to the line.
It's tough to complain with some of the self inflicted stuff.

They do but they're part-time so they don't care which is why this stuff happens over and over.

In general we were outplayed, but man the reffing was horrid.

I thought our receivers were absolutely mugged in the end zone on both the third and fourth down plays on the drive that we did not score. no flags ????

Also on the last drive after the offside, how was that not a personal foul when they threw tommy to the ground ???

Other than those few horrid non critical calls the refs did just fine and dandy.

its college and since he was pushed out he can come back in.. but if you watch the play he was pushed out while the ball was in the air so its PI before the PI in the end zone

Correct, he wasn't out before he reached the end zone. BUT, he did step out in when he was in the end zone before he touched the ball. So in that sense, it was a correct call.

Was he pushed out? Different discussion.

I think it's more about what didn't get called.

cordy play was less about the pts. but the reality it almost saves us pts because wasnt the Foster drop after that? it did cost us time that we could have used at the end.

I don't know about you, but the refs missed that he was in bounds, and that it should have been a TD.

They review everything, but didn't review that.

The DB was all over him on that play. The question, logically speaking, if a WR runs OB, can there be defensive PI since he can't make a legal catch anyways?

Pretty sure he dropped the ball but he definitely didn't step out and had multiple pass interferences committed on him on that play

they also missed that he was partially tackled. amazing how many PI they got away with.

How could the hit on Devito not be targeting; let alone no call? It was clear, from the replay, that there was helmet to helmet contact!
Refs sucked, throughout the game; especially ignoring the fragrant non-calls on State's DB's on those obvious fouls on our receivers.

Yeah that last play...the DL jumped. I was waiting for them to call that. These NC centric officials kill us everytime.

Probably one of the worst no-calls I've ever seen. The ref was standing right there! Dino lost his marbles on that one as he should have.
