That is the game that started the P death spiral and gave life to a 100 year old consistent loser*

This board has become really odd when it come to Rutgers, many refuse to look at them as a rival, but honestly, they call the Red Sox and Yankees a rivalry and thats pretty one sided.

Strange how the landscape can change, Syracuse is a TD 'dog against Rutgers. If Syracuse can win on the road in Pisthecataway that will be looked as a solid win at a top 25 team+.

If you told me in 1992 the above today I would surely have called you a liar.

I would argue the Nov 13, 1999 loss was the real beginning of the end. RU was putrid, and we were there only win of the season. I still remember studying in Boland and seeing the score in one of the lounges and thinking, we lost to Rutgers?

Agreed. 2003 was bad, but '99 was unfathomable.
