You do not have to settle for anything. I guess I've just reached a point where I'm not surprised by games like this. Even when I was very optimistic heading into the game.

Teams aren’t the same team each week.
Outside of Alabama/Ohio State/Clemson any conference game can be an upset.

I’m now just hoping that Alton Robinson and Kendall Coleman come back for the 2019 season.

I don’t feel good about NC State at all, even with it being at home.

I was just looking at the stats and NC State is very pass heavy. I think our D-line and secondary eats their lunch.

I'm more worried about Wake, but if our linebackers stay healthy, hopefully they will be better against the run than they were in this game.

I would love to be 6-2 going down to Wake and put together a complete defensive game down there.

it is what it is this week, its clear we have lots of players banged up and needing some rest physically and mentally, really wish we would of had the bye this week and played pitt next week , next years 2 bye season will come in handy

6-6 is very doable. D has got to get better stopping the run though.

Our record is 77-123 since 2002. That’s an average of 4.67 wins over the last 16.5 seasons.

Even the THREE times over 16 season we’ve been a bowl team we’ve barely made it and had to get eligible in the last or second to last game.

I think I’ve earned my cynicism.

yes every team the rest of the way is going to force us to stop the run if they have any oline or rb, just as teams are now forcing dungey to win the game through the air vs running
