There's a reason myself and other people "in the know" don't share certain things. Number one, we don't want it on a public forum. Number 2 why would we want Syracuse.com to take a story and run with it.

99% of the time, it's door number 3. No one owes you any kind of confirmation. You can look at JeremyCuse and his reputation on this board and know he is talking facts.

A perfect example of this is when I knew Gill was not transferring, and I felt I could not say anything because of my personal relationship with the family and that they share things with me. In the end, I said just that I was putting an end to it and would confirm he was not entering the transfer portal. Also, I no longer feel safe putting certain things on here.
