I think this would be a very safe pick. Checks off a lot of boxes. From the defensive side of the ball. Previous NFL head coach with some success. Knows the NFC East. From New Jersey. But hopefully he understands that he does have some weaknesses and surrounds himself with coordinators and coaches that can help win games.
