First of all what a great win. 3-0 regardless of what that Wind Bag Bud wrote this morning is a job well done by the players and the staff. Bud he is such a tool.

I think that Lester is the real deal. It is obvious that outside of Hunt and Dungey we dont have much talent at the QB position. The fact that he has 4 guys prepared to play and to provide us with a chance shows that he is a good coach. If Hunt or Dungey are playing we win yesterday by 20 going away. I really like the multiple looks that Lester has come up with and it sure is nice to see us have the ability to score from any place on the field. A job by him!!

One of the posters yesterday went off on how we should be beating a MAC team with our subs. Guy needs to look at the game and realize that on our final drive in OT, the final touchdown play that the key players were as follows. Snap by a back up center, 5th string walk on scout team QB, pitches to a true frosh RB, who gets a great block from a reserve soph WR for the score. Really dude .

Thanks goodness that Arch got another year to play actually two. Guy played lights out yesterday.

How big was that stop by the D in OT. Huge. What a great play by 13. Star and leader coming through when needed. Cant believe they ran to his side of the field.

The time out. good solid call. 9 out of 10 times we stop that miracle heave from happening. The TO was the right call.

Fourth and 1. Mind blip by HCSS. I mean line em up and see if you can get a jump. Not good

89 for CMU. Have we ever seen a better TE, a more clutch TE come into the Dome. The guy dominated us and made about 4 clutch and game saving plays for them. Great effort wish he was wearing orange.

Speaking of TE's Lets get ours more involved. All they do is make plays when giiven the chance and Moore is a stud waiting to break out.

Dixon, if he doesnt make honorable mention AA something is wrong. Kid is beyond amazing what a weapon.

RF i liked this kid the minute i saw his HS tape and believe that he is going to go down as one of our best. Lets stop pretending and simply give him half the carries. He is powerful has great feet and vision and has that nose for the end zone.

Strickland. Smooth as skaneateles lake on a windless day. Kid looks light a lighting sailboat gliding across the field. Need to see more of him.

Bris. Weapon. How long has it been since we feel as if our KR or PR has a chance to take it to the house everytime. Electric

For my part this was a great win. Eric is special and i hope that he is going to be ok because he has it. Once we get Irv and Ish and the rest of the guys watch up. Great game gutsy win and in case i forgot Bud!

I think what McCord (and Kroll and Crouch) showed is how undersized we are at the LB and S spots. I'm not sure they'll be steamrolling everyone on their sked with these guys.

...and don't forget about Trudo. Behind ED, he's probably the second most important injured player.
Trudo dressed for the game so I assume he's really close to playing.

Good point.

No question this was an impressive win under the circumstances, and against a team with some size and talent on offense.

I haven't seen this discussed, but CMU set the blueprint for how to attack our D (great game plan, IMO).

Well, LSU won't be using that gameplan. Their passing game isn't much to write home about. They have the front-runner for the Heisman. I just don't want to see him truck one of our players. :(

McCord had a great game but lets not act like he is an all American. He is a SR who has never had more than 10 catches in a season, had 32 career catches going into the game, and had never had more than 4 in a game. Which is why we probably didn't have a plan for him.

Yep. The LSU game is Fournette, Fournette, Fournette...all day.

Yeah, LSU's game plan against anyone will center around Fournette. No brainer.

Eh, they'll rotate 4 rbs. Darell Williams is a beast and I imagine a couple freshmen will get some run. They also tend to open things up in games like this...but revert back to pound pound pound in conference games

The only possible way to beat LSU is to throw the ball all over the yard. We need to take shots and plenty of them. The option will go no place against this team. We need to throw the ball deep and throw it deep often. We will not be able to run on them unless we set up the run with the pass. I expect to see Wilson unless the general has a better arm than we saw

The CMU RB was getting to the safeties easily on many plays. I think LSU will rush for over 300 yds.

He was because we couldnt stuff the box. CMU is a pass happy team and we had to defend that vs the run. Against LSU i would stuff the box and make them beat us over the top as im not impressed with their Qb ability to throw

LSU threw for 74 total yards last week. We need to make them beat us by passing

We didn't defend the CMU pass attack by any measure. LSU will run at will against this defense.

Good to know. Fournette will have 200+
