Uncle Bill makes any broadcast 50% better.I think FS1 does a better job on college hoops than ESPN.
Fun game. Great announcers. Bad result.
I thought that was pretty funny too!I guess they’ve arrived…in their mind.
Zero repercussionsHorrible call. It’s obvious circumstances like this that get fans all riled up. That was so clearly a bad call, but there’s no repercussions for that ref. He’ll just go back and screw up another game…rinse and repeat.
I am so thankful to leave the Big East just from her chitty takes on everything.
Meh…not ready.Andre Jackson would have been quite the point forward here. He can really pass and is quite the athlete.
Bad call.
I hate college refs and how they call charges.
What is amazing is how good the NBA refs are at calling block/charges and how equally bad college refs are at calling them.Straight up JJ Redick style. He was falling before Gillespie even made contact.
FixedTie Hurley and a cinder block to the block/charge rule and drop it in the Hudson River

Puhleeze. That's blasphemy.I’m envious of UConn at this point. Their athleticism blows us away.
You know what, real time it looks like a bad call, but when I slow it down, he was no longer moving, feet outside the arc and Gillespie was out of control. I don’t like the game being decided on any call, but that is far from the most egregious charge call I’ve ever seen.

But the ball handler had his hips and shoulder around the defensive player. If I stand there and the offensive player gets around me, it’s not a charge. It’s a clear block and the jump ball was a total mugging. One player had his arms around his neck and the other around his shoulders. In the rule book, that's called a "CJ Fair Charge".But the ball handler had his hips and shoulder around the defensive player. And Mike Nardi (when he shaved his head) .I‘m not 100% convinced that Ryan Arcidiacono and Collin Gillespie are two different people.
The tie up was worse than the charge callYou know what, real time it looks like a bad call, but when I slow it down, he was no longer moving, feet outside the arc and Gillespie was out of control.
