so far as I can tell, our strategy in the secondary is to hope the other team drops the ball.

I actually disagree, we have some pieces, but our staff doesn't know how to use them. We didn't look out talented against UVA or Pitt.

I don't buy that. Put a Campbell or Babers in charge and we'll see a lot more out of them than what we're getting now.
