It feels to me like he wants to go one place and the money is telling him to go somewhere else.

He's got to get that resolved before committing. If that's the case, a little more money from the "wants to go there" school might make the difference.

Both, IMO but probably $ more than relationships and we are fishing in serious deep waters with some of these guys too

Knew this one seemed off a bit when he didn't announce in his 2 day window. Just seemed like another school jumped in and he leveraged his offers from us/Arkansas into more $. Fhluck Nebraska and their cornfields.
