Maybe UND pulled another 4 AM home visit. It turned IW away from SU so maybe they are resorting to old tricks?

Mad dog is made 20 mins from where I grew up. My dad would have cases of rejects (glue on top of bottles) in our shed. Needless to say my house a popular hang out before high school dances.

You've never have been to Ithaca then.

I have not but I believe you.

Syracuse is also the only place I have been where I opened a door as a courtesy for a female behind me and the women opened the other door herself. Felt quite stupid. Is chivalry lost these days?

I went to Alfred, the curve was awful. Worst looking girls around. Going to SUNY Geneseo was like dying and going to heaven.
Geneseo was girl heaven on the early 80s. 5/1 girls to guys.

Syracuse is the only school that I have seen where some of the women didn't shave their legs. Granola types. Disgusting.

Never been to UVM, University of Colorado, or EDITED?

I went to Genseo from 1979-1983 and i'll verify it was an amzing time to be in a fraternity with so many women there!

Yep

I played softball in Geneseo in the late 60's. Saw many a coed walk around this bear fountain. It never moved.;)

Same here - which direction?

Although my HS wine of choice was Boones Farm (prior to discovering Tango premade screwdrivers). Didn't gain an appreciation for Mad Dog until college.

I was there 80-84 along with the Captain.

This fountain got me a driving ticket and my fake ID taken. I had friends that went there so I went down and partied for a night but I had to work on the SU campus (Shirtworld) at 9 am. I had to left Genseo at 6:30 or so after getting to bed around 3. I had never drivin in a town with a statue in the middle of the road and took a left at the statue but instead of going past the statue I turn before it. I was red eyed and still in a haze and I will chalk that driving decesion to that. Needless to say my stellar driving move and being the only car on the road got the attention of the one cop working that morning. I opened my wallet to give my licence my unofficial ID was still in place from the night before. He saw that and took it and left me with a ticket. Looking back it could have been worse but it was a terrible morning all because of that damn statue!!!!!

I grew up in Lakewood, went to Southwestern. About 20 min from westfield were it is made.

I went to Ithaca and let me say that the girls there fell into one of 3 categories; Granola, Big Haired NJ/LI type, or hot as hell. I tried to avoid category one. Too many of the last 2 categories were hoping for a Cornell Pre Med.

I was there from 86 - 90 right around the time it turned from 10 ten party school to top ten academic.

That transition happened before you got there.

I sat next to a gal there that never used a blade on her legs and wore panty hose over herself matting down the foliage underneath. think she thought it was somehow enticing. Not to me.
