Yea Ishaq looks good. Too bad

Hopefully Manley will have significant work done by the time EO visits

He stated that SU is not in his top four but he is visiting, not sure when. Florida is his favorite.

Since we're getting boofed in the ass, at least he's giving the "courtesy" of a reach-around...

I feel the need to insert a "Last American Virgin" reference here.

Well the guy from rivals (or some recruiting site) on the Axe show today (dont normally listen but was driving around 4ish today and tuned in) said he talked to EO just before Sandy hit and stated the SU is very much in the mix, said some info released is not accurate, and SU has one of the best shots to land him since SU is his last official visit.

Another thing my coworker was invited to go to the Marrone luncheon last week and stated that coach, while he wouldn't name names, said the recruits often call him when they win. Said one recruit was out west visiting another school and watch the Friday game against UCONN and called him that night! Not sure if it was EO but winning "excites" recruits especially the high speed offense and aggressive defense SU has going on now. Coach mentioned to him that what they say is "we can see you in that position playing for us" or something like that.

So we need to just keep winning - cures many ills including attracting big time recruits but everybody knows that already.

Well that's good news- thanks for the post

Every time I think we're out, he keeps dragging us back in. Great news that we are still in it, but at this point, if he doesn't come here, it has been one hell of a crappy roller coaster ride.

Exactly. Great post.

Listen folks, I follow recruiting as much as anyone and certainly hope we can start landing a few of these big fish and not being the eternal bridesmaid. That being said these kids have a very tough decision to make and SU does fall flat in comparison to some of these universities in several key areas. It drives me crazy when I see some SU "fans" say anything negative about these kids when it doesn't look like they are going to choose SU or ultimately sign with another school.

Ebenezer isn't just humoring SU with his interest in attending and we WILL be in this until the end no matter what you might read on some recruiting site that may or may not have a bias in their articles. He may not choose SU, but this is still going to be close. SU can help itself by 1) keep winning; 2) get great fan support at the UL game; make more progress about football facilities to show Ebo when he comes here on his official visit and 4) stay positive about the future of the program.

FYI, Scout has a top five "Med Interest" of ASU, Clemson, UF, Ole Miss, and Syracuse. Not sure if that's new or old.

Here here, huzzah.

@Ebenezer_O_1: @Chan95Jones great to talk to you bro.
Please tell me EO reached out to Chandler and not the other way around. The NCAA would love to punish someone just to show their new regulations have teeth and with our luck.

Chan's on campus this weekend, so I'm thinking he was around when one of our coaches called EO.

@YancyPorter
NY's top prospect, DE Ebenezer Ogundeko, schedules an official visit to OM for the Egg Bowl. Dec grad who will also visit FL, Syr, & Clemson
