Okay, a schedule question for you

I think it is Purdue as well.
Purdue played on the road in 2020. Likely they will get a home game. Nebraska, Northwestern, Minnesota, Iowa and Rutgers are the only 5 who played at home and would be due to go on the road. Other two games the B1G was scheduled to host (Michigan and Wisconsin) were cancelled.

my guess would be Iowa.

We can speculate all we want re: the ACC/B1G Challenge. But no matchups will be made until rosters have been at least somewhat finalized. The whole idea is to create matchups that will draw TV viewership. So, pre-season 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, etc. is what they aspire to. And there is no way to make educated guesses about the power structure in either league until the dust from the portal settles.

Dang, with this type of schedule unfolding, I'd hate to be that #6 guy, let alone the 7th! ;);)

I wouldn't mind Minnesota. The other teams we've played already. NW and Nebraska aren't exciting enough.

I wanna be like those Michigan State teams that get a 1 seed with 8 losses and you're like how is that possible and then you see they played the entire top 25.
100% agree. It's not college football where any semblance of 6 wins gets you to a bowl. Hard CBB schedules get rewarded if you are able to put together a few wins.

Not to mention, from a purely entertainment perspective, I always find that December stretch around the holidays where we play a long stretch of games that we pretty much can't possibly lose to be boring.

The funny thing about the comparison to Sparty is they have been past the first weekend 1 time in the past 6 years and we have more tournament wins than them over the past decade. Izzo is still living off a reputation that he built early in his career, but he hasn’t been as good lately either.
