Everything I have read about that NBC/ND deal makes it sound like a bad one for NBC.

That's directly opposite of what I read the other day w/ respect to Texas to the Pac-12 - that the conference is and will remain one that shares their TV revenues equally, so the Longhorn Network has to go, or it has to become part of the conference package. That makes the Texas to Pac-12 deal much less likely, IMO. They are going to try to keep the Big 12 together, because it's THEIR league.
