Sitting here watching shy practice... Looks to be running near full speed. Interesting what they are doing I will let you know right before the game what they are doing. But I like it.
We have caught almost all of the games this year. Lol didn't really see it as a tease there but now that you mention it I guess it was. Just don't want to put anything out on the Internet yet that the Friday opponent could get a hold of. Big change this week though. You must either work for ESPN or listen to them a lot because that sir is a "tease". Glad to see he is doing well.
I was curious do you guys watch a lot of the Cuse games? I'm sure there are practice's and training but I was wondering if you catch a lot of them?
Can't wait to read all about how the new position as well as the match-up went!20 minutes till game time... I guess they can't change much now. Shy will be plAying his future position starting tonite as out side linebacker. Covering their d1 commit tight end and kits of blitzing should be a fun night
Bam,
Eager as always for the updates, but we are just so lucky to get them from you, we would never complain about them being late.
He does... Shot put discuss and javelin
Last night I was waiting for Shy to get out of practice and was talking to one if his teachers. He said it was amazing the 360 in shy's school work since the iep and meds for add. It got me to thinking about the very real fact that shy could be eligible on time and be heading away in June to syracuse. I started looking at the roster for linebackers and commits and offers they expect to join syracuse. I picked Shy up and was talking to him about the very real possibilities and the need for him to go to camp in the best shape of his life. If he wants to compete for a job it's a whole different world than the last three years of it being a for gone conclusion he had the starting job. We mapped out a work out plan for the next 6 months. Coach Lea told us during the visits I the FSU game he didn't want shy to gain much more size and to concentrate on speed. Shy has grown and is just over 6 1 now. I expect he will hit campus at 6 2. That will give him more weight automatically but this off season between track and working out we will be concentrating on leg workouts. Shy has pretty big legs now but they will gain size with this workout. I expect him to weight between 220 and 225 for June. We will be working on a ton of polymetrics vertical leap and broad jump. Shy will be talking to his track coach about taking a few weeks off from running and will concentrate on throwing for the first month of the season. We want his turf toe completly healed before he starts running after the football season is over. Shy will again compete in almost all track events this year. Off season diet has been worked out by his personal trainer and we are looking forward to him being in the best shape of his life.
Lol I didn't even think of that when he said it. I think he was just trying to emphasize a big change and got excited. Plus it was history what do they know about geometryBam the next time you see the teacher tell him he needs to go back to school .. if Shy did a 360 he'd be right back where he started. I always prefer a 180 in those scenarios
