I personally think Palmer is under-rated by the recruiting services, probably because he committed early to us and has been rock-solid. The guy was 1st team (AA) All-State, but ***** has never updated his credentials (2010 3rd team all-state), which tells me they haven't seriously evaluated him in a while.

Lots of talk about him not being a legit 1-A prospect over the summer. But apparently committing to Syracuse woke him up and made him play at a higher level last fall.

Curious if that was in regards to him being a Tackle vs Guard. I don't recall specifics but I do remember those convos. Pretty certain he will play Guard at SU and could be a good one if he get's his footwork in line with his strength.
