How the heck didn't they call forward progress on Dungey early third quarter where he got popped?

Three officials standing there and he took a couple.hard hits late unnecessarily

I don’t know what they were seeing.

The former official that was asked about that during the review stated before the official call was made that there was no good angle to make the targeting call. All of the camera angles were from behind.

He agreed that forward progress should have been called way sooner.

Probably the same crew that didn't call the play dead at Pittsburgh, which went a long way in the Orange losing that game.
