$6-7B/year just off Jordan Brand aloneThey have to still be making good money off of Jordan brand right?

and Maryland. Still under water financially which is the reason they used for going to the B1G.Ask Rutgers.
And now we know…the rest of the story.
What do you want?Come on Phil!
Donnie portables because he was chasing money and that is the #1, #2 and #3 reason. We were not going to pay him the crazy numbers is he is peeling after seeing his pros and cons over two seasons. Super talented player but soft, poor motor and plays small. Totally not what we need and what we would prioritize big bucks on. Jimmy said he was a disappointment and he was. Maybe he was mad hearing it but that is not the reason. He entered the portal. Everyone loves blaming JimmyNo, it's not known as a published fact... But ITK's posted here that Donnie's camp was not happy after the JAB round of interviews that essentially threw him under the bus publicly.
If you don't want to believe that, that's your prerogative, but it certainly sounds plausible based on what was said.
Oregon making only $40M in TV $$$$ IIRCHow would moving to the richest conference with the best TV deal hurt?
Nike stock is down a ton, that may matter a bitEveryone has a budget, even Nike U.
Biggggg time.Nike stock is down a ton, that may matter a bit
Nike really hurt themselves when they pulled out of retail stores in favor of direct sales out of their own stores/online platform. That opened up shelf space and allowed brands like On and Hoka to take off.Nike stock is down a ton, that may matter a bit
Wonder how much of that does Jordan get?$6-7B/year just off Jordan Brand alone
I didn't realize they pulled out of retail stores. The last time I went to Dick's they were still there, but it was all the super high end stuff. I've seen their normal priced stuff at "discount" places like rackroom, but that was a couple years ago.Nike really hurt themselves when they pulled out of retail stores in favor of direct sales out of their own stores/online platform. The whole situation with Nike is pretty interesting. Here's an article that gives a quick rundown.I didn't realize they pulled out of retail stores. In addition, “football money” can only get you better facilities and coaches. The things that used to matter and give you a leg up. Texas and Ohio state as entities cant spend any more on basketball players than Wake forest or Tulsa. Is it really about how much money the Oregon AD is making? Every school is allotted the same revenue share money. It sounds to me like Oregon just doesn't have donors that care about basketball. Without them, you could be the richest school in the country and it wouldn't matter. I guess Phil prioritizes football.
