Bad timing for Mintz though because after killing it in the G league he too is hurt (left wrist) and has missed the last 6-7 games. Maybe he would have been brought up.

The NBA is so full of incredibly talented players that many like Oshae can find themselves on the outside.

There have been several games recently where most of a team's starting lineup is out with injury yet the backups are also so good that team can still win.

The staff needs to find more Oshae Brissett types. He wasn't even top 50 in HS recruiting rankings (although just outside of it) , but was productive from day one and had the skillset to land, and stick, in the NBA. Additionally, a player like him (fringe pro) could also be enticed to stay for more than 2 years in the NIL era.
