The Oswego State men's ice hockey team has hit the No. 1 ranking in both national Division III polls, United States College Hockey Online and D3hockey.com.

The Lakers (17-2-3) host SUNYAC-rival and No. 9/10 Plattsburgh at the Marano Campus Center Arena 7 p.m. Friday as part of the annual Whiteout Weekend.
