Fine with failure? Come on man. There has been no failure this offseason at all as it pertains to the new staff and resetting talent. You need to get good with the concept that when fighting for higher end talent that we will be fighting to persuade them, winning hopefully more than not and fighting to keep them. If you view each loss as a failure you won't get through the offseason.
