OT - Bucket List Saturdays

Thinking of taking a kid to a college game next year and wondering which must-go place to watch a game is.

From experience or otherwise, what are the top two or three places to take a 12-year -Old factoring in age as this isn’t a booze-inspired trip)?

TAMU is a great place to catch a game. You can stay in College Station or drive from either the Houston metro or the Austin metro. The stadium is great, the Corp of Cadets is a unique event to watch, outside and inside, the fan activity throughout the game (though the yell leaders in lieu of cheerleaders is still weird). You will know you are watching college football.

Holy Cross/Amherst. Throw out the records when those two get together.

Do you mean Williams-Amherst? Holy Cross is D-1AA and Amherst and Williams are D-3. Williams does wear purple like Holy Cross does, though.
