At least once a week, a Westchester County parkway bridge gets stuck by a truck that does not belong on a parkway. Apparently no amount of overhead signs, and signs painted on the pavement, can prevent such stupidity.

And for those of us who have long term connections to Syracuse, we know you can publicize it, dress it up, add flashing lights and sirens but you just can't...... always get the message across....
