He was a fixture at Turning Stone during his time on The Hill. I guess that means I was too lol. Really cool, humble dude.Andrew Tiller size if you remember him.

That’s what he said!
There are other pairs.
He is a transfer so the window doesn’t close tomorrowSo is the hope that this is done and paperwork filed before the deadline LN and will be announced today or tomorrow??... Or is he waiting until Spring window?
He is a transfer so the window doesn’t close tomorrow
I would give your life savings for the team to come out of the tunnel to this.
Ahh right... early LOI was yesterday and portal cutoff is 1/4, right?
Do we know if this kid played / saw the field at A&M in any meaningful capacity?
A little worried about his reported weight, after seeing what happened here with Ellis...
Looks like he probably red-shirted, based on the attached, from this link - Naquil Betrand - Football - Texas A&M Athletics - 12thMan.com.Do we know if this kid played / saw the field at A&M in any meaningful capacity?

Ellis had some other issues mixed in there that caused his weight to balloon
Have we offered?Only surprising how long it took….
Oh, understood -- I'm just saying that it can be difficult for these guys to play at those weight levels, regardless of "cause."
And then there is a second 15 day portal window May 1st for more players to enter.Portal kids can commit at anytime
They can only enter the portal until the January date
Agreed. With Fran's stated emphasis on S&C, more hitting and physical practices, competition, and toughness, I think the general trend will absolutely be toward recruiting bigger, physical players, most especially on the lines. While I totally agree, it seems the SEC has a lot of lineman playing at these big weights. Bama’s got several of them who start. All depends on the individual I suppose.
Fran also said he’s going to recruit big heavier guys and lean them up and not the other way around
