Well, it wasn't pretty, but it was entertaining for a while

MD, ND, AZ or Wisc. There's a chance they lose. But they sure are big, talented, and block a lot of shots. I like ND's chances because of the way the drive to the basket kick out so well. I totally agree with you. Cincy is playing street ball and it comes down to talent versus talent. Any team with a good motion offense and good 3 point shooting definitely has a chance to beat UK.

Their bigs are athletic and defensively talented

Cincy gave it a good go. They are tough inside but lacked the perimeter shooting needed to have a real chance. If Cincy had a guard that could light it up from 3 it would have been real interesting. ND has the perimeter shooting but not the inside muscle.

Alan Boston is right - the ncaa has it rigged as much as possible.
This region, oh my God. The one team that's actually better than their seed line is conveniently a 7 - not a 4/5 or 8/9. The 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 are all worse than their seed on kenpom.
edit: I guess ND was rated an "average 3" (10 overall) on selection sunday.
