If a team plays defense like Cincy and can actually score 60 Kentucky won't win it all. Cincy isn't even playing well and they made this a game. Kentucky's backcourt is not elite. I just wish UK didn't get 90% of all the calls in their favor.

Arizona/Wisconsin look like the best bets to beat UK.

Well, they are big and they are talented. Cinci is gutsy and playing tough city ball. I wish the score was a little closer. Cinci guys playing their hearts out!

I don't think they're bad - I think what happens is that they have the whole BBN screaming, and the reputation of UK as the world's second tallest sports team and they call it slightly different because of that.

These plays inside where there is light body contact, and a clean block aren't called a against UK. Which is fine. I do think they call them against the other team though. Which is sort of the norm for college officials. The stupid anticipation calls underneath - we see it with Rak all the time. UK doesn't get many of those going against them...I think due to their rep as being ginormous. I think they allow UK to be more physical as the end result.

That was a fun call! Okay, maybe these officials just plain suck.

MD, ND, AZ or Wisc. There's a chance they lose. But they sure are big, talented, and block a lot of shots. I like ND's chances because of the way the drive to the basket kick out so well. I totally agree with you. Cincy is playing street ball and it comes down to talent versus talent. Any team with a good motion offense and good 3 point shooting definitely has a chance to beat UK.
