Did we ever get a definitive answer to the question of whether a win over Wagner counts toward bowl eligibility? I mean more definitive than "Wagner says they count."

I still can't believe SU scheduled these jabronis. I thought this was the worst team SU scheduled/played in my lifetime before they lost to a D-II team.
