I still don't get the weird grudge people have toward football onlies, and basketball onlies...

Then again, I'm not sure how anyone can ONLY root for one of those teams, and not the other.

there really are no football onlies.

the football fans tend to be Syracuse Athletic Fans. in other words folks who root for it all, root for the school.

the hoop team...has hoop onlies.

the tend to be cliff jumpers, frontrunners, rooters of certain players to succeed/fail, only around during the good times, and even then are often critical and negative in their posts. in other words, the lowest level of scum on the earth, who should be banned or forced to pay to post.

90% of my friends back in NY are basketball onlies. If I come home during hoops season, everyone and their brother wants to head to the dome with me, or watch an away game at the bar. I come home during football season, and I couldnt pay em to go to the dome with me. I tried to get a crew to go to the Lax game the day after the Duke game this year. Nothing. Nada. Zero interest. I hate my friends.

Maybe I'm weird, but, I am really a football only. When it comes to this board, I bet in 4 years, or however long since we've migrated here, I've posted on the basketball boards less than 10 times.

2. Second round selection is Crusty because us north siders stick together
3. Third round pick is Marsh01 because nobody, and I mean nobody, takes dumps in the Dome like that guy

if you are watching the hoop games, and rooting for Syracuse, but not posting on the hoop board...thats not weird, thats smart.
