We know there are a few based on your names, but I am sure there are many other Syracuse fan veterans as well. Thank you for your service. Thank you also to the school for doing all they do to help give veterans a higher education and for having the military color guard at a lot of home games. Especially when it's not a given that colleges embrace the military and the veterans.

Thank you as always, ladies and gents who serve or have served. We are not protected without you!

Thanks veterans for your service.

Respect and appreciation!

Dad brag: one son is deployed currently on the USS San Antonio, somewhere south of the equator, and the other is serving as one of the two US Marines at the UN base in Pristine, Kosovo. We will miss them for the holidays.
I join I thanking those who are currently or have served.
Also, thank you to all the loved ones who, through their own sacrifices and commitments, served right alongside them.

I know others have made far bigger sacrifices, but it really hits home knowing my 2 year old grandson won’t see his dad for about 8 months. Live video conferencing makes a difference, but it’s not the same.
