OT: Top 5 dunk of all-time?

Remember when we beat Miles Bridges in the tournament with a walk-on playing the top of the zone?

Bridges had a pretty nasty dunk in that game too. Clutch jumpers to win beat a dunk every time.

Might be the best in-game dunk I’ve ever seen

Also, doing that on one of the top shot blockers in the league makes it even more impressive.

I watch a lot of NBA man, there are a lot of good ones out there.

So do I, and the only one that even comes close to competing with that one this year is the one that you posted. There's nothing else.

There should be a couple different categories for "best dunks". Posters vs. Style for instance.

This dunk is an amazing poster. He didn't push capella down, he just skied over him from deep too.

People aren’t taking into account the double pump .. distance traveled... and who he dunked on .. one of the best shot blockers in the NBA (and thus the known basketball playing universe) who was very much fully invested in at least fouling him

Edwards had MUCH more runway leading up to his takeoff and dunked on a nobody

It's hard to say top 5 when you consider all the MJ, Vince Carter, and Dominique Wilkins dunks. All of them did it when there were elite shot blockers protecting the rim and posterized some of those shot blockers. Less freedom of movement made it harder too.

It was a sick dunk though. I love how high he got, how far out he was when he took off, and how hard he threw it down.

Dr J over Artis Gilmore. Pretty good. Sir Charles also had a bunch as did D Dawkins. JR Ryder over Ewing was another.
