Maybe it's just me but I didn't think it was funny at all! Will Farrell isn't funny in my opinion. I think the only movie I could stand him in was Wedding Crashers. He's someone who isn't funny who tries to be a combination of Chevy Chase and Bill Murray.

Watch his movies a second time, then a third time...they get funnier, the more times you watch them. Its a proven fact.
