You're right, at this point USF seems to be head and shoulders above the rest of the BE. Their defense is really good and their offense has improved from last year. WVU has the potential to be the top team in conference, with a strong offense and good defense, but they didn't look very impressive yesterday. Pitt and Cinci are the next best teams, but they both have shaky defenses paired with above average offenses.
