I don't see the AAC or A10 getting that many teams. GW has more work to do that just winning today. Same with Tulsa. The loser of UConn/Cincy likely doesn't make it. This all doesn't mean that SU will get in, but a P5 will for sure over these teams.

Yes I've read that mistake quite often the last few weeks. Logic would seem to say "first four out"

I just realized I have made the same logical mistake over and over. Absolutely it should be first four out.
