Hey guys. Silly question, coming up this weekend. I know some of the parking has changed. Qq where is the best lot(s) to park and should I pre pay for parking. Bringing my 2 little guys with me so an easier walk would be great. Let me know. Thanks!

If you don’t have a parking pass your best bet is parking on the north side of the dome. There’s a parking garage across from Upstate hospital, as well as another garage on S Crouse Ave near Marshall St. Further down the hill, closer to E Genesee St, you can also find some parking if those garages are full.

Additionally from a recent SU email that I received: “Single-game parking for Syracuse Football is available in the Skytop lot for $35 per game. Shuttle service is provided from the Skytop lot to College Place, located near the JMA Wireless Dome. Shuttles will also pick up at College Place after the game and will run continuously before and after the event. ”

Hope this is helpful, enjoy the game!

Hey Mark. We will probably get them around 10am
Being Parents weekend I have no idea...I'd probably shoot for one of the 2 parking garages. If you can find a reasonable price for a pass that is the best

Another option is park downtown and take the shuttle sponsored by Shaughnessy's Pub at the Hotel Syracuse

thanks for the info mark. Super helpful. Do you know the name of the garages
The one is about 150' south of Varsity Pizza. Cost is $35 IIRC. You could grab a slice or two and walk up to the quad to see the players walk in and the band play

It's not for everyone but if you can handle a 10-15mins walk, just double check the side street parking down a ways off Euclid and walk.

Ackerman, Lancaster, Maryland etc.

No need for shuttle busses or long wait times after.

$35 for parking at Skytop is robbery
do you have an example of what other schools charge to park for football that makes $35 door to almost door robbery? I would agree if they made people walk 2+ miles like I have for WV or LSU and others and still paid more than that.

Parking for sporting events in general is robbery.

It was $20 just two years ago.

They have removed all asphalt and replaced with gravel - made the experience worse and charged more money.

Door to door, sure but the bus experience is poor and operation is a mess. You pay that and it takes and hour to get back post game, is not good service.

I dont think the bus experience is much worse than any other bus experience though, How would you improve it other than have more buses?

I stood in line for the same time at the PGA event at oak hill and many others like it.

I paid more to park at Saratoga this summer

Everyone sees it as easy money and people have other ways to get to the game. Park at destiny and uber in and out. What does that cost?

Its gonna cost you $25 to park at apple festival in tully and you get to park in a field that may require a tow truck to get out

Got this email today from Syracuse Parking Services:
GAME DAY PARKING AVAILABLE Heading to the sold out game? We have parking available at Crouse Hospital Garage, CNY Medical Garage, 612 University, and 550 Harrison St. locations.

I have a parking pass I can send you. It's in the lot across from Schine student center. Send me a private message with your email address and I will transfer it to you.

The bus service to the game is way better than it used to be. Only problem is waiting in line after the game when the weather is inclement.

For street parking try Clarendon. One block north of and parallel to Euclid Ave. East of Campus. Between Ostrom and Westcott.
