Very solid hire, coached some excellent DBs at Toledo and gives us another coach that already has the system down.

The one Buckeye fan I listened to that talked about this said it was because he wasn’t recruiting safeties well. Knowles (the disgraced former PSU DC who was the OSU DC at the time) wanted a better recruiter.

Older coaches tend to do the X and O thing well and young ones tend to be better recruiting. Looks like we are trying to add some older coaches to the staff now….
