I still think we need a starting PG. This guy is amazing defensively, but I’m not sure if he’s a scorer/playmaker.

If we add another wing scorer he is fine at the point.

I recommend everyone watch tape and see what this guy is about. He is a menace on defense but he can score too and is a facilitator.

This will have our backcourt running 6-5, 6-5,6-7 or similar combination at all times unless Moesch commits to be a backup which I expect he does.

Good things for sure but I really thought we needed a pt that could hit a 3 with the limits we seem to have at the 2. I also understand that hearing someone is great on defense doesn't move the fan needle. I will wait to watch him play

MMM shoots nearly 40% from 3. Could be a day 1 starter for all we know.

I think they add at least 1-2 more shooters. Maybe even at the point.

Yup. Doty isn’t a good enough shooter to have a PG who isn’t a shooter. Where’s the shooting in the backcourt coming from?

Mentioned it before...I have my concerns about him on the offensive end, but he did take a step forward at McNeese this year and he's always been very good on defense. I think theoretically we should have plenty of scoring with 3M, Doty, and Kiyan but would obviously really like to see some of these guys develop their outside shot.

We gotta have faith in shooting. People can improve their shot. It’s hard to teach elite defense though.

Dual continues a trend for me, as I feel good about all the additions individually so far but have questions about their roles on the team next year. I would have some reservations with him as a starter and would really hope for solid additions at center and wing before being sold.

Way too early to judge harshly or panic, I am very interested to see to see who else is brought into the fold to flesh things out.
