We already got Symir -- I don't think it makes sense to add another / third PG to a group that already includes JGIII and Symir.

Feel like it would be better to add a guy who more naturally is a 2 or a combo capable of playing 2.

That actually could be an option, although I assume the community college stint was academics-related. They have had success before with former D1 transfers, however.
