The attendance was down a tad this year also, not alot but down and it was 20 degrees warmer and better all around weather conditions. Also there campus is 40 miles south of stadium.

That's a 20% drop. There is no spinning this. This is the TV ratings equivalent of an ass-kicking.

I don't know if you can pin the ratings drop solely on Rutgers (i will anyway). Ratings were down acrosss the board.
