Sometimes you need to figure whats wrong with a play and whats wrong with the execution.. we ran on 3rd and yard and couldn't make it, everyone wants to go for it on 4th down.. we ran too much last week, we throw on first and goal and it takes a bad bounce to an open rcvr and thats a bad thing. we had a guy run for 120 against a team that was ranked against the run. we missed the deep ball again. we gave away 7 pts on kicking mistakes. we turned it over in the red zone. every play doesn't work. sometimes bad plays work well. we don't have a real dynamic player on offense . for all the limitations rutgers had they still had 4-5 great catches to keep drives alive.
we should have won the game.. given all the doom and gloom last week most should be happy we weren't blown out and had a chance to win at all..
Other than self inflicted mistakes probably the best game all year.. just a bad result.
win next week get to 4-2 and find a way to beat UL/Uconn and try to steal one more..
