We only have to get him in the top 15. Then those go to a committee who select the top 10 based on 4 criteria having to do with sportsmanship, integrity etc. One of them is on field personal fouls by your team or staff. We get a lot of those. After the final 10 are selected by that criteria there is another fan vote which counts 20% of the final vote. The rest is media votes and a HOF panel. So right now we just have to make sure he stays in the top 15.
