So what is 100% Confirmed right now? (Black is confirmed)

HC - Babers
OC - Lewis, Lynch
QB - Lewis
RB - Lynch
WR - McCloud
TE - ?
OL - ?
DC - Ward
DL - ?
LB - Kaufman
CB - Monroe
S - ?
ST - Kaufman
RC - ?

Have to assume Lea is out with the Kaufman news. Acosta and/or Adam I would still think could be possibilities based on the recruiting stuff going on.

I wonder if Babers in his interview with Axe said (short version) wants to get through this week recruiting as it is the last week before the dead period. During the dead period he would do more in-depth coaching decisions and look at current players more. That is my summary maybe wrong in my summary.

So maybe Acosta is given a position like Offensive Quality Control so he will keep recruiting for us. Maybe the same with Lea and Adam. We gave them a job. Sort of like what Tulsa (Philip Montgomery) did.

I think if Acosta and/or Adam are out there recruiting for us we will hear about it pretty quick.

Awesome, he can recruit Hamilton for us. :)
 
Will be disappointed if he doesn't retain anybody. Would give the guys a bit of a security blanket through the transition

Don't think NJ recruits were doing back flips over Acosta but with Babers now running the show, you haven't seen anything yet. Cuse will get better recruits because Dino is a proven offensive technician and his best recruiters will hit NJ and FL hard.

The only people who can go on the road recruiting are the 10 regular coaches. NCAA rule.
 
The only coach I advocated keeping was Daoust. I liked what Lea has done but wasn't enamored this year, felt like the LBs took a step back except for Bennett. Acosta? meh. Lester? I like Lester as a qb coach but that ship sailed.

A developmental school needs guys who can teach/develop, there has to be a premium placed on that part of the job more so than just being a recruiter. Has Acosta shown he's an above average position coach?

As a recruiter Acosta has brought in Ellison, Strickland and who else?
