Possible Syracuse/Colorado Practice

College basketball teams have “secret scrimmages” against other schools in the preseason all the time. I think the rub is you can’t televise it. I’m not sure if they are allowed to have fans in attendance or sell tickets.

I think it’s some guy in Alabama. Probably has a big chicken farm.

Not Alabama but close

My only concern would be the possibility of more injuries and the effect of playing in high altitude that SU isn’t used to.

At the point where these players are professionals - hint, we are there - anything goes. Just have to get the Player’s Union to agree to it.

You know it will go down as follows:

1. People complain that the soccer stadium is too small and too cold for the spring game.
2. Game moves back into the Dome. People complain that it never draws enough people for it to be an event in the Dome.
3. Fran tweets out that we will take our troops to Colorado and people are raring to go because it's Fran Brown showing some balls.
4. University agrees to go to Boulder to practice with and play against Colorado. People complain, "Why are we moving a game to a place where I can't go!?"

Make it ppv. Split proceeds for nil and dime bags

Pretty sure the current rule is exhibition games against other college programs are OK as long as no admission is charged, or admission is charged, and the proceeds go to charity.

Both schools are Nike schools. Get the bag men involved.
