I believe its been stated that Chase Simmons is injured. I assume not season ending though as Dino would have stated that if that was the case.

We have guys open, Garrett just stares at og now all the time. His habits are getting worse every game. Now the other teams know it now too. Why he was quadruple covered on last play int.

This is correct. We also have to be better with the QB run cadence. It generally works when the Defense (good D's anyway, which are most of what we have left) is focused on 34. Its not like Shrader is speeding around DEs at the corner; they've either crashed or they've got him. After, say, 4-8 QB successful runs, safe to say the D has adjusted and we have to go elsewhere.

But you simply can't target the same guy 7 passes down the field

They tend to drop passes? Also, there were a lot of plays Saturday where the wrs ran their routes and were blanketed and they just stopped. There wasn't a lot of effort to make another move.

Ok. I responded to the original poster saying guys are open but shrader is locked on to Gadsden. Seems like you agree with me.

That is my problem with Courtney. He gives up on routes and doesn’t work to help Shrader on scramble plays.
