My first thoughts are that the team gelled tonight much better than it the two prior games, save for the final 6 minutes of the 4th and OT of last week. Lots of young talent. HCFB demands 100% until he calls off the dogs. SU receivers are going to be very good and deep. The RB room is much better than I hoped, still want Yasin back, but the young guns showed a lot.

Defense 1s looked much better tonoight. The 2s and 3s need a lot of work. My guess is that they will hear about it and watch a lot of film.

600+ yards offense. 3 QBs scored. 11 receivers had a catch.

I am not as worried about giving up 400 yards to Colgate as the offense was scoring at aa good clip and the 2s and 3s were going to let Colgate gain some yards, I did not expect to give up 24 points, though.

The young guns and the local kids give reason for hope in the future.

Tylik Hill can help this team. He can make people miss with his jump cuts which is needed with our run blocking. Darien Williams should also be moving up the depth chart, explosive.

The second half was a different story. The defense didn't bother to show up in the 3rd quarter. But they were not that bad early in the game. Lots of overreaction on here.

Hard to draw any conclusions from an opponent like this.

That said, we played a lot more aggressively in the first half. I hope that continues.

Dion Wilson is solid. Jobity, Jaquez and Perry make plays, just not consistently. That's why we rotate a lot of guys, to keep them fresh.

DeLauriesiers and Bryant are pretty good LBs.

Deuce is over-rated, and too small at safety. The secondary has size, but is really young.
