Okay, here were my pregame desires.

- A win, obviously. The most important thing.
- To that point, I want a blow out. Get up 15-2. Don't let up. Win by 30. Give the walk-ons another 5' to miss everything.
- 20' max from Jesse, Judah, Joe.
- 4 combined threes from Taylor and Bell.
- Double double from Benny.
- At least a 2-1 A/TO ratio.
- 4 blocks from Hima.
- Copeland to not turn the ball over in the time he sees.
- A lot of Brown.

We didn’t see all of that, though luckily we did see point 1. But SU won the soccer title. And Jesse is also 7’4” and unlike a creature that roamed the planet 150 million years ago, Jesse is very much alive and thriving.

What a hard fought grind it out win against a very underrated Monmouth team. This win is something to be proud of and something we can build on for sure. Held them under 40 points in the second half. We looked amazing.

A lot of teams have struggled against this team so the 1-9 record is a tad deceiving. They make shots, and they can really get after it on both ends. Also, King Rice is from Binghamton. We beat a really good team that hung on as long as they could, but ultimately just lacks experience.

We're looking more and more like a S16 squad! LGO!!!!

Is it too late to buy tickets to MSG?

Based on my confirmation email it is not!

Pretty amazing that Judah can shoot 10+ FT’s in some of these games but shot none against Illinois. Illinois must be REALLY special at not fouling.

Judah better shoot 20 FT’s against Georgia Tech if they’re anything like their usual spazzy teams.

This post-game commercial/advertisement for Syracuse is weird.

"If you're thirsty, Syracuse can take care of that"

Where is this an issue? Are people dying of thirst in Albany? Dehydration deaths in Rochester? That's nothing to brag about Syracuse!

Minnesota claims to be all about their lakes, but I think our lakes put theirs to shame.

Also Mike Rotunda would eat Rick Rude’s lunch.

Minnesota is in a lot of trouble.

Young guys playing better.

Overall Defensive intensity / focus needs improvement, but you can see the growth of the team and guys.

Need to keep taking one game at a time and see where things go.

Glad that it was a win!
But only 1 Home Team Foul in 1st half and 4-5 total fouls this game for the team.
New meaning of Home Court Advantage?

Was it really a good game by him though?
He has played much better but every night can not be the "greatest" Monmouth was pesky and commited many fouls. Several of Jesse's shots tonight just did not fall.
