Can't do NFL because Congress has already decided on that. Congress trumps state, state trumps NCAA.

I thought this was an interesting article. It's only a matter of time until we just let the schools start paying players directly.

Syracuse played a big role in writing the order final NYS NIL law. This sounds like Probation Pitino is pushing for this change.

Let’s face it, you have to break a lot of NCAA rules to convince good players to serve time on the St John’s campus.
