BC had a moment there during the Dudley years, making the Sweet 16 in 2006. For a long time they were the only non Duke/UNC team to get that far until FSU recently did.

A "moment" is about right. BC's only allowed to make it to the Sweet 16 once per decade. However, they do hold the record for most last place finishes all-time in the Big East even though they left it 8 years ago. Oh and they are the only charter member of the Big East to never make a Final 4, a streak they continue to proudly carry.
