Highlights look to show a pretty polished pocket passer with enough athleticism to extend plays and run for a first if needed.

Combine that with some of the offers and I like what I’m seeing here.

He was the Pennsylvania class 6a player of the year as a sophomore. That year he led St Joseph’s to a state championship.

Early in his junior year he was ranked as the 257th player in his class by ESPN.

But St Joe’s only went 5-5 his junior year. His numbers went down. And he is going to Glassdoor now. Something happened. And him leaving St Joe’s probably led to a big drop in the ratings.

St Joe’s has a college level offensive scheme. Charlie has been exposed to a lot. He clearly has a strong accurate arm and a quick release. He moves well. Very excited he has verbaled here.

Glassboro must be the CBA of their league. Undefeated and absolutely smoked just about every team on their schedule last year. Had a senior QB so looks like it will be easy for Foulke step in and take his place.
