I’m sure the low rating is due mostly to being smaller than prototypical size. Arm strength looks solid but it’s kind of hard to tell. QB’s are such a crap shoot and when you’re undersized I feel like you have to be excellent. My initial reaction is I am a bit reluctant to get too excited here largely because I really like Carneys film too, and that obviously didn’t turn out so well. But that has nothing to do with how Foulkes highlights look.

I think he looks like a really great pick-up. He processes quickly, makes good reads and can throw in tight windows. Has some nice touch on his passes as well. It appears like he moves well in the pocket with good awareness and is a pretty good athlete. I like that we are bringing in multiple QB’s per class as well. Certainly a positive that he had some other nice offers. Happy to have him committed.

I hate to sound cliche, but he plays like Kyle. Makes the difficult completions without giving up sacks. Oh joy!
